Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to high-level management, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer complaints.
- Follow up on complicated customer interactions, providing personalized support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Record details of customer interactions accurately and efficiently, using our CRM system to track customer history and preferences.
- Develop rapport with customers, tailoring interactions to their unique needs and preferences, and consistently delivering a positive and upbeat experience.
- Offer solutions rather than excuses, taking ownership of customer issues and resolving them in a fair and timely manner.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, where you've developed a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Basic computer skills, including navigation, typing (30+ wpm), copy/paste, and multitasking, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Positive and friendly demeanor, with a can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
