About the Role: 3rd Shift Sanitation Coordinator

We're seeking an experienced and skilled 3rd Shift Sanitation Coordinator to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Sanitation Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our manufacturing facilities during the third shift. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily huddles and ensure effective communication within the team and to leadership
• Fill in as needed for call-ins, vacations, and relieve individuals for breaks
• Review recaps and summaries from previous shifts to ensure continuity and identify areas for improvement
• Perform startup, shutdown, and pre-operational inspections to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Create and modify daily schedules, manage LOA and absenteeism, and complete weekly crewing
• Complete all assigned PM (Maintenance & sanitation) tasks and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities
• Understand and enforce the discipline policy, issuing discipline as needed
• Ensure compliance with all safety training, policies, and procedures, and report any unsafe safety conditions to a Supervisor/ Management
• Effectively communicate verbally and in written format, promoting open communication within the team and to leadership
• Assist leadership with employee development through recognition, performance reviews/feedback, coaching, training, and correction action
• Work closely with the Maintenance team to monitor all equipment and ensure optimal performance
• Perform daily titrations and ensure chemicals are at the correct concentration
• Monitor daily Behavioral Observations of Safety completion and conduct risk assessments with the team when necessary
• Foster a safe working environment, immediately communicate and address safety concerns with the entire team, and ensure adherence to safety standards

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Availability to work the third shift, including Sundays, holidays, and plant shutdowns
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
• Sanitation experience (2 years preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or sanitation environment
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with Kraft Heinz's manufacturing processes and systems

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
