About the Role

The CS Innovation team is an integral part of the Customer Service organization, responsible for ensuring the right tools and technologies are in place to support the operation, growth, and scalability of the business. We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and improvement of our contact centre platform, working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and data engineering, as well as third-party solution providers.

Location and Work Arrangement
