About the Role
This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and in our office, allowing for a balance that suits your needs. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in communication with staff, parents, and students to ensure seamless coordination and support.

- Implement intervention strategies and behavior intervention plans developed by licensed staff, providing critical support to students.
- Execute health plans, ensuring the well-being and safety of students with specific health requirements.

- Utilize knowledge of effective sensory activities to support student development and engagement.
- Instruct individual students following programs designed by lead teachers, promoting personalized learning.

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A High School diploma AND two years of college OR an Associate's degree OR a passing score on the MN ParaEducator test.
- Effective behavior management and health support skills, with the ability to maintain routine in a student's day.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for interactions with staff, students, and parents.
- Experience working in center-based and inclusion settings, with the ability to perform essential job functions that may include toileting, catheter care, lifting, medication administration, and gastric tube feedings.

Compensation and Benefits
