Job Summary
As a Retail Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by providing exceptional customer experiences, ensuring products are well-positioned and effectively marketed, and encouraging customers to make purchases. Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient customer service to clients who visit the store in person or contact through phone and email
- Assist customers with their purchases and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure products are well-positioned and effectively marketed to drive sales
- Communicate with customers to find solutions and provide personalized experiences
- Work in a commission-based environment and meet sales targets
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- One or more years of work experience in a retail or sales environment
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided four weeks in advance)
- Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income during peak periods
- Experience working in a commission-based environment
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
- Customer service experience
