Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize knowledge of American Airlines' products and services to address customer questions and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as necessary
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality metrics, consistently demonstrating a customer-centric approach
- Stay up-to-date on American Airlines' policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate and informative support

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
