About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service on inbound calls, resolving issues and addressing client needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Design personalized solutions for each client, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services to drive engagement and loyalty
- Develop and refine your sales skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, and closing deals
- Address client inquiries, provide clear and concise information, and update client account data as needed

Requirements:
