What You'll Do:
- Serve as the voice of the business, translating stakeholder needs into clear and actionable user stories.
- Define and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features to maximize value.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, including workshops and user acceptance testing.
- Create detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
- Champion the Adaptive Portal, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our members and customers.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful product adoption.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or a related role.
- 1+ year of experience working within an Agile development environment.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with UMR CPS, Aerial/Optum, Clinical Knowledge, or Optum Adaptive Portal domains.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Visio.
- Understanding of data structures within healthcare domains.
Work Environment:
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the U.S. You'll be expected to work standard business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday) and may be required to work occasional overtime.
