What You'll Do:
- Leverage Airtable's self-service user base and proven value propositions to land Enterprise logos and build relationships with executives across departments and industries
- Source expansion opportunities, develop and execute account plans, and lead the full sales cycle from initial interest to deal close
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and other teams to drive business outcomes
- Consult with prospects, frame the value of Airtable, and model a wide range of use cases to drive business transformation across industries
- Think critically about sales insights and data, experimenting with new growth tactics and strategies
Who You Are:
- A seasoned sales professional with 4+ years of quota-carrying closing experience at a technology company
- A proven track record of selling 6-figure+ deals to large accounts with 1000-3000 FTE
- A strategic thinker who thrives in partnering with business leaders, developing long-term relationships, and aligning key stakeholders
- A consultative and creative problem solver who navigates complexities and needs of clients across industries, sizes, and lifecycles
- A passionate advocate for Airtable's mission and how customers can use our product to drive business success
