You'll be at the heart of our "pitch-to-play ecosystem," contributing to the planning, production, and promotion of captivating content enjoyed by millions worldwide.
What You'll Do:
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for product leaders and their teams, both internal and external.
- Coordinate logistics for team offsites and events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Handle complex travel arrangements and process expense reports efficiently.
- Serve as a key point of contact, fostering strong partnerships and communication with operations and administrative teams.
- Proactively identify and solve problems, ensuring tasks are completed with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with utmost care.
- Bring an inquisitive approach to the business, identifying opportunities for team improvement and connection.
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of experience managing executive calendars.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Groups) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Excellent written and editing skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
- Experience or knowledge of the entertainment industry is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 - $240,000, with an annual compensation structure allowing you to choose the balance between salary and stock options.
