Our client, a large hospital practice is currently seeking a Payroll Manager on a consulting basis who has experience with ADP Vantage. They are looking for someone who is experienced with high volume payroll and who has managed staff.
Responsibilities:
• Large Payroll Processing for multi-states
• Assure payroll deductions/garnishments for employee contributions
• Process year end information
• Ensure accurate processing utilizing ADP Vantage, reconciliation and recordkeeping of multi-state payroll
• Overall responsibility for system management and compliance
• Help with payroll related projects, including continuous development of processes that are scalable and support the company's growth;
• Research discrepancies of payroll information on a timely basis to ensure accuracy and prior to processing;
• Perform analysis, generate reports, and assist the HR and Finance team with special projects.
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree
• 2+ years of Payroll Management Experience including Payroll Processing
• ADP VANTAGE EXPERIENCE A MUST
• Able to process a weekly payroll cycle for approximately 20000 hourly and salaried employees with a team
• Ability to work 100% remote
