As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for building customer relationships, resolving customer challenges, and providing exceptional service to our customers. You'll work closely with our Sales team members and other stakeholders to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls * Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment * Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day * Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management * Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures * Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * At least 1 year of customer service experience * Ability to commute to our facility from your home * A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity * Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once * Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a call center or customer-facing role * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software * Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong relationships * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team-based environment * Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends * Strong time management and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
