Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Build and Grow Our Client Base: Identify and target potential clients in London who require recruitment services for hybrid or office-based staff. Build relationships with decision-makers and establish a strong network of contacts.
- Independent Research and Prospecting: Conduct research to identify target markets and businesses in need of recruitment services. Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and other relevant channels to generate interest in our services.
- Lead Qualification and Conversion: Qualify leads and schedule meetings or calls with potential clients. Convert leads into clients and maintain a database of potential clients and interactions.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Provide regular updates on the progress of lead generation activities, including metrics on lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
