Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our Junior Creative Program as a Junior Creative Program Specialist in Health and Wellness Marketing Communications. This entry-level position is designed for ambitious and innovative talent who are eager to learn and grow in the field of health and wellness marketing communications. As a Junior Creative Program Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including copywriting, art direction, design, user experience, product design, video production, motion graphics, video editing, and animation.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the Junior Rotational Program, spending 6-9 months at various agencies within the Havas Health & You network to learn about different aspects of healthcare advertising, such as DTC (Direct to Consumer) and HCP (Health Care Professionals)
- Work on assigned projects that deliver on strategy and creativity, wowing your team and clients with innovative ideas and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, art directors, designers, and producers, to develop comprehensive marketing campaigns
- Contribute to the development of print ads, TV commercials, websites, social content, long-form content, digital experiences, collateral materials, activations, and other marketing materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in health and wellness marketing communications
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, workshops, and other creative activities to generate innovative ideas and solutions
Essential Qualifications
- 0 to approximately 1 year of experience in a related field, such as marketing, advertising, or communications
- Portfolio of work demonstrating conceptual capabilities in both digital and print mediums
- Related creative internship experience is a plus
- Strong teamwork skills, adaptability, flexibility, curiosity, and a love of storytelling
- Passion for health and wellness, with a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
