Position Purpose and Key Responsibilities
The Lead Analyst – SAP Master Data Governance will act as a business partner to internal stakeholders and external suppliers, facilitating the creation and maintenance of master data as needed. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaboration and Solution Development: Leverage prior experiences to develop and recommend solutions, effectively collaborating with internal customers and cross-functional teams to understand technical needs and tackle business problems.
- Continuous Improvements and Controls: Participate in the continuous improvement of Financial Business Services (FBS) processes, developing scalable solutions, ensuring proper documentation of processes, and working closely with compliance and controls teams as needed.
- Operational Duties and Oversight: Coordinate the execution of required tasks related to the delivery of the Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Record-to-Report (RTR) tower, collaborating with other teams, building and proposing solutions for internal or external customers, and fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
- People Management and Team Leadership: Provide guidance to analysts and senior analysts, evaluating execution and contribution, supporting timely feedback, and fostering collaboration among team members to develop a supportive and engaged team.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in RTR, PTP, or OTC operations.
- Experience with Data Analytics and Visualization software (Tableau, Excel, Power BI, Alteryx).
- Experience working with business stakeholders to capture business requirements and translating them into user stories and/or process improvements.
- Experience with master data SAP processes and tools (i.e., MDM).
- Experience with G/L, Cost Center, Profit Center creation, updates, hierarchy, and financial reporting impacts.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred 7 years of work experience and 2 years of leadership experience.
