Fivos Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Recruiter to join their team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with hiring initiatives while developing essential skills in talent sourcing and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through job postings, social media outreach, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Maintain and update candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & CRM
- Support team members in managing the hiring pipeline and ensuring a smooth recruitment process
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry hiring trends
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures
Skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Previous Industrial focused recruiting experience
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
- Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
- Experience in sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus
