This role involves delivering compassionate, patient-centered services in the comfort of patients' homes, ensuring their health and well-being are managed effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients as prescribed by physicians.
- Assess patient health and monitor progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and post-hospital care.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical nursing practices at all times.
Requirements
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
- Previous homecare nursing experience required.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

- Reliable transportation to travel within Chesterfield Twp and surrounding areas.
