Job Description:
• Validate ICP and refine positioning through rapid paid testing
• Operate paid campaigns directly (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads)
• Build and optimize full-funnel journeys (ads → landing → lifecycle)
• Create and systematize customer-proof engines (UGC, testimonials, case snippets)
• Stand up minimal lead capture, routing, and reporting infrastructure
• Deliver crisp weekly performance insights tied to pipeline outcomes
• Use AI and automation tools to accelerate segmentation, creative iteration, and operational workflows
• Partner directly with founders on narrative, prioritization, and GTM strategy
• Own end-to-end marketing for Moon’s relaunch
Requirements:
• Proven 0→1 B2B SaaS growth experience
• Personally operated paid campaigns across Google and Meta (Reddit required)
• Strong experimentation mindset (baseline → action → measurable lift)
• Experience building proof/UGC systems tied to conversion and pipeline
• Ability to set up lightweight lead routing and reporting without dedicated RevOps
• High communication clarity — written positioning, metric storytelling, decision narratives
• Demonstrated AI/automation workflows that created measurable impact
