As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and finding innovative solutions to their queries. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Handling and responding to customer inquiries with care and attention to detail * Providing exceptional customer service through active listening and empathy * Working with confidential customer information and maintaining its sensitivity * Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful * Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment * 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or customer-facing role) * Over 18 years of age * Ability to type 25 words per minute * High School Graduate or GED * Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems * Proven oral and written communication skills * Logical problem-solving skills * Ability to navigate Windows operating systems * Organization and work prioritization skills **Work from Home Requirements** To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Internet Requirements: * Minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps * Minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps * ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms * Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN * Proof of internet speed required * Clean and quiet workspace **Be Part of Our arenaflex Family** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture of inclusion and diversity, where everyone feels welcome and valued.
