As an intermediate to senior quality assurance analyst on the Property IT Product Delivery team, you’ll perform software testing activities using a variety of testing approaches and techniques with an emphasis on UI and policy system testing for Rate Revisions. You’ll ensure that information systems products and services are functioning as expected and meet end-user requirements as well as uncover risks related to unintended consequences. You’ll recognize and reduce redundancies in testing efforts, minimize complexity, and create efficiency without compromising effectiveness.
This is a remote position for US based work only.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm ET or CT
Must Have Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Information Technology discipline or related field of study and a minimum of 2 years of work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of 2 years of related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of 4 years of related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with appropriate testing techniques/methods to test complex business and technical requirements (i.e. Black box testing, functional testing, regression testing, acceptance testing, front end and maybe some backend testing).
• Proficiency in personal productivity software, as well as visual information management tools including MS Office, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams
• In-depth knowledge of using software packages or tools for processing or displaying data (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL Queries)
Compensation
• $80,730 - $113,525/year (depending on position level and experience)
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 24-30% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
