About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate at blithequark, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our DashMart store, a retail concept made possible by blithequark. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing customer orders, managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick orders received through our application, pack them accurately, and hand them over to our drivers for timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Receive and manage inventory, including tracking expiration dates and ensuring that stock levels are maintained.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customer replacements are approved and processed efficiently, providing a positive experience for our customers.
