Key Responsibilities

• Handle emergency signals and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Notify and verify alarm signals, ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers and authorities.
• Dispatch proper authorities as needed, demonstrating a strong understanding of our services and protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
• Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or alarm monitoring environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software and systems.
• Reliable commute to our Manasquan, NJ location for training (within 45 minutes).

Preferred qualifications include:

• Bilingual language skills, with the potential to earn a bilingual differential.
• Previous experience in an alarm monitoring or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
