This role will lead and scale global digital marketing operations that drive data-driven growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities • Own and optimize marketing automation platforms, including Pardot and Salesforce. • Ensure seamless connectivity of marketing technologies for a unified customer view. • Design and improve standardized marketing workflows for scalable campaigns. • Manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle from capture to nurturing. • Establish data governance standards for high data quality and compliance. • Build and maintain dashboards to measure campaign performance and ROI. • Provide support for multi-channel marketing campaigns. • Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and IT to align processes. Requirements • At least 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or digital marketing. • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or a related field. • Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms, especially Salesforce. • Solid understanding of lead management and data governance. • Experience in building dashboards and converting data into insights. • Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and communicate with stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
