Key Responsibilities
- Guest and reservation management: Respond to guest inquiries, process reservations, and provide accurate information about properties and neighborhoods.
- Virtual property management: Oversee property listings, manage calendars, and ensure that properties are accurately represented on various platforms.
- Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination: Arrange for housekeeping services, manage cleaner schedules, and ensure that properties are cleaned and prepared for incoming guests.
- Address guest issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries, resolving issues within 3 hours or ASAP.
- Contribute to maintaining a review rating of 4.8 or higher through exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
Essential Qualifications

- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a vacation rental or hotel environment.
