About the Role
In this full-time remote position, you'll be working closely with our revenue realization team to convert contract and pricing update information into the required data format for entry into our system. Your expertise in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel will be crucial in extracting, formatting, and maintaining data accuracy and integrity. You'll also be responsible for maintaining Excel-based reports, templates, and upload documents, as well as assisting in the implementation of process improvements to optimize data collection and entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert contract and pricing update information into the required data format for entry into our system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Utilize Salesforce to extract, format, and maintain data, ensuring its integrity and accuracy.
- Maintain and update Excel-based reports, templates, and upload documents to support business decision-making.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to optimize data collection, file preparation, data validation, and data entry.
- Run reports from different systems, combine them into new Excel reports, and analyze data to identify trends and insights.
- Prioritize tasks, manage multiple data requests, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field. Relevant experience and active pursuit of said degree will also be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with at least 1 year of experience.
- A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple data requests, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and insights from data.
