Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolve issues efficiently, and build strong relationships with our users. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide timely and effective support to users across various verticals and product areas via email and live messaging channels * Maintain high productivity standards while ensuring attention to detail and a healthy obsession with customer advocacy * Respond within agreed Service Level times to standard tickets across all verticals * Collaborate closely with the Customer Success, cross-vertical operational teams, and Sales to ensure seamless support experiences * Be the voice and ear for our users, providing empathetic and solution-focused support **Requirements** * Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for customer advocacy * 1-3 years of experience in customer support and customer enablement within a product or tech environment * Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders with different priorities * Naturally persistent, kind, and patient * Strong interest in modern web technologies and apps * Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working remotely or in a fast-scaling organization * Experience with HR, Payroll, Healthcare, and/or Pension (a plus) **Practicals** * You'll report to: Manager, Customer Care * Team: Customer Care * Location: EMEA * Start date: As soon as possible **Application Process** * (Async) Profile review * Interview with recruiter * 2 interviews with Customer Care Managers * Prior employment verification check(s) * (Async) Offer **Remote Compensation Philosophy** At arenaflex, we believe in fair, unbiased compensation and fair equity pay, along with competitive benefits in all locations.
