As an SEO Specialist with Google Ads expertise, you'll play a critical role in optimizing our online presence, driving conversions, and achieving optimal return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Comprehensive Google Ads Campaigns: Strategically manage ad campaigns to drive conversions and achieve optimal ROAS, utilizing industry-standard and cutting-edge Google Ads strategies.
- SEO Strategy and Optimization: Develop and execute an SEO strategy that emphasizes on-page optimizations, content creation, and keyword analysis to boost organic traffic and conversions.
- Campaign Analysis and Optimization: Regularly analyze and adjust campaigns to improve performance against budget goals, using tools like WickedReports.
- Content Creation for SEO: Craft engaging, brand-aligned content, including blogs, meta tags, and ad copy, to drive results and resonate with our target audience.
- Weekly Progress Reporting: Provide weekly progress reports on campaigns, transitioning to less frequent reporting as familiarity with the role increases.
Essential Qualifications
- Excellent English Communication Skills: Proven written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and communicate effectively with our team.
- Google Ads Experience: Proven experience with Google Ads media buying, ideally managing budgets of $20K-$25K+ per month, with a strong understanding of industry-standard and cutting-edge strategies.
- SEO Expertise: Skilled in SEO strategy and proficient with tools like Semrush and Ahrefs to research the competitive landscape, develop/optimize website copy and search tags, and boost organic traffic and conversions.
- Analytical Mindset: Solid grasp of performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CAC, LTV) and ability to use marketing attribution tools like WickedReports.
- Self-Starter with Minimal Supervision: Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, with a flexible and organized approach to managing tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Continuing Education or Online Learning: Experience in the continuing education, online learning, or info product space, with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
- Data-Driven Strategist: Proven ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies to optimize ROAS, CAC, and other key performance indicators.
