Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Team Leaders and Organizers to meet project objectives in the conceptualization and development of graphics and layouts
- Create high-quality designs with strong sensibilities that cater to a diverse range of projects
- Demonstrate adaptable design skills in branding, typography, and packaging
- Pitch innovative ideas to Team Leaders and Creative Facilitators
- Complete all design tasks according to client requirements and Hobby Lobby standards while meeting technical requirements
- Comply with all time constraints while managing multiple tasks
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and market insights
- Proactively solve problems with patience and insight
- Work closely with peers and establish a sense of camaraderie between teams
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to all Art/Creative security policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment)
- Contribute to collaboration by fulfilling responsibilities with a positive attitude
- Adjust to additional responsibilities and tasks as needed
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of design and print production
- The ability to self-start and work under minimal supervision

- Proficient branding skills
- Knowledge of current market trends and customer behavior

- Proficient Macintosh and Microsoft Office skills
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

- A four-year college degree in visual depiction or a related field
