**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced REMOTE Customer Service Representative to join our National Campaigns Unit for an 8-week contract. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound and outbound calls, and responding to emails. Your primary objective will be to effectively communicate with shareholders, address their concerns, and provide accurate information to ensure they make informed decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to shareholders via phone, email, and chat
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and concerns
* Respond to emails and messages in a timely and professional manner
* Communicate effectively with shareholders, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure expertise and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED required
* 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience
* Good speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively
* Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a similar role or industry
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

* MacBook (current operating system) or Windows (10 or 11)
* Headsets (USB, not wireless)
* Dual monitors (benefited, but not required)
* Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload
