Job Requirement
1. Experience:
-
1–3 years of experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services (supervisory experience preferred).

Previous experience in managing teams and client relationships is an asset.
2. Education:
-
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Post-secondary education in business, management, or a related field is a plus.
3. Technical Skills:
-
Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards.

Ability to understand and enforce cleaning specifications and schedules.
4. Management & Leadership:

Strong leadership and team-building skills.
-
Ability to supervise, motivate, and coach cleaning staff across multiple locations.

Effective time management and organizational skills.
5. Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to interact professionally with clients and resolve service issues promptly.
6. Mobility & Flexibility:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-
Willingness to travel between sites (often daily).

Availability for occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
7. Physical Requirements:

Ability to walk, stand, and move around facilities for extended periods.
-
Able to lift up to 30 pounds and perform light cleaning tasks if required.
8. Compliance & Safety:

Understanding of health and safety regulations (e.g., WHMIS, OSHA).

Ability to conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with company standards.
