Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences
- Respond to guest inquiries via email, phone, and SMS, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
- Assist guests with navigating our app, including downloading, setting up accounts, booking sessions, and completing measurement surveys.
- Serve as a liaison between guests and internal teams, including Marketing, Product, Shop Management, and Front of House Operations, to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Develop a mastery of internal tools, including payment portals and session scheduling, to provide expert support to guests.
- Identify opportunities to improve the guest experience, internal processes, and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
The Ideal Candidate: A Passionate Guest Experience Advocate
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Guest Experience Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you're a creative problem-solver with a hospitality orientation, a strong communication style, and a passion for health and wellness, we want to hear from you.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume B2C technology business.
- Excellent people skills, with a strong focus on customer service and a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and internal teams.
- Outstanding problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think creatively and resolve complex issues.
- Able to work independently as a self-starter, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic startup environment.
- Experience working with Zendesk is preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to work weekends and be available to support our guests during peak periods.
- Must live in the Los Angeles Metro area.
