As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be an integral part of our mission, working closely with our Chiropractic Doctors to educate and treat patients, ensuring they achieve their health goals through preventative and non-invasive care methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to understand their current symptoms and provide personalized support.
• Teach patients how to properly execute therapeutic exercises, sometimes performing them alongside for demonstration.
• Manage daily office administrative tasks, including scheduling patient appointments, updating files, and processing payments.
• Coordinate and promote internal patient events to enhance patient engagement and care.
• Support our Chiropractic Doctors and the broader team in their efforts to grow the clinic and improve patient outcomes.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

While experience is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training, we do look for certain qualities and qualifications in our candidates:

• Minimum Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Energetic and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

• A starting hourly rate of $21, with a clear path to $23.
• A 4-day workweek with flexible hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-1:30pm; 2:30pm-8pm, and one Friday per month 7am-10am, with optional weekend work.
• Paid technician training to get you started on your journey.
• A bonus of up to $1,000 for passing training and maintaining perfect attendance.
• Ongoing monthly bonuses ranging from $100 to $2,400 for outstanding performance and contributions to office growth.
