Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be working diligently with our customers, providing them with solutions, answering general customer service questions, and driving customer satisfaction. By utilizing your unique set of troubleshooting skills, you will own all your customer interactions, with a goal of one call resolution. You'll end your day satisfied knowing that you and you alone assisted a customer in the same manner you yourself would like to be assisted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and detailed information about our products and services.
• Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Document customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and effective solutions.

Essential Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to actively engage and listen to customers.
• Ability to exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution.
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently and apply those learnings in real-time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and technology.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
