Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Dispatch Operations: Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls and dispatch the correct technician to each job based on qualifications, geography, and customer preference.
- Communication: Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information.
- Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative duties as requested by your direct supervisor and other managers, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Software Utilization: Effectively utilize Service Titan & ClearPath software to plan and dispatch jobs, and ensure accuracy of details on all scheduled calls.
- Technician Communication: Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other relevant information.
- Customer Interaction: Handle various customer inquiries and requests efficiently and accurately, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a customer service environment.
- Location: Must live in Illinois and be able to reliably commute to our training facility for on-site training.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy of details on all scheduled calls.
- Prioritization and Workflow: Ability to manage priorities and workflow effectively.
- Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Remote Work: Ability to work from home efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dispatch Experience: Previous dispatch experience is a plus.
- Industry Experience: Plumbing, Electric & HVAC experience is a plus.
- Flexibility: Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
