Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with large-scale customers to identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and adoption of our cloud data warehousing solution.
- Assist pre-sales teams in onboarding large-scale customers, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful deployments.
- Automate repetitive processes and develop tools to enhance customer experience, efficiency, and scalability.
- Work closely with business and support teams to prioritize operational issues, communicate roadmaps, and drive feature prioritization.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer use-cases, configurations, and architectures, providing technical guidance and recommendations to ensure optimal solution performance.
- Communicate technical information effectively to customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners, demonstrating strong technical communication and presentation skills.
- Prioritize and organize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, preferably in cloud computing, data warehousing, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in cloud-based data warehousing, including architecture, design, and implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with large-scale customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
