Key Responsibilities
- Consistently meet the established daily quota for processing electronic submissions
- Compare data with source documents submitted by members, checking for accuracy and ensuring supporting documentation meets specified requirements
- Handle personal and confidential member information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
- Accurately document and record member information
- Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in PC operations and navigation
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills
- Desire and ability to be a team player
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Work Experience
While prior experience is not required, candidates with experience in data entry and customer service are highly preferred.
