About the Role
We're on the lookout for a motivated Data Entry Operator to join our dynamic team! As a Data Entry Operator at blithequark, you'll be responsible for accurately entering information into various proprietary computer systems and partner portals, adhering to project requirements and maintaining a zero percent error rate. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a full-time (30 hours per week) role, offering you the flexibility to decide when and where you work!
Key Responsibilities
- Enter data from various sources into blithequark's database and/or client portals within project time limits.
- Ensure timely turnaround on all data entry tasks.
- Transcribe information into the required electronic format.
- Review and enter data in the appropriate format.
- Proactively verify data for accuracy and correct data where necessary.
- Comply with security backups and regular information security checkups to ensure the safety of the database.
- Adhere to data integrity and security policies.
- Communicate effectively with project managers as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of data entry experience with a keystroke rate of 15,000 keystrokes per hour (equivalent to 50 words per minute) error-free.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Windows (preferred) or a Mac computer.
- The ability to pass a criminal background check.
- To be at least 18 years old.
- A reliable high-speed broadband internet connection.
- Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
