Job Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer at Workwarp, you will play a pivotal role in planning, designing, developing, and supporting our information systems. Your expertise will be crucial in integrating our CRM with AWS, creating testing infrastructure, troubleshooting system issues, scripting and development for Oracle Service Cloud CRM, and ensuring comprehensive system documentation and configuration. Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Plan, design, develop, and support information systems used by our Customer Service organization, focusing on Oracle Service Cloud and CRM integration with AWS.
- System Maintenance: Day-to-day troubleshooting of system issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and resolving problems efficiently.
- Scripting and Development: Develop scripts and applications for Oracle Service Cloud CRM, enhancing our system's capabilities and automating processes where possible.

Requirements and Qualifications
