Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Chat Support Associate to become the friendly, knowledgeable voice (or rather, the chat) for our millions of users. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of four (4) years in a chat‑based support or customer service role, preferably supporting a digital platform or community‑focused product.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating chat tools, CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk), ticketing systems, and basic troubleshooting of web/mobile applications.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication with a strong command of grammar, tone, and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
