As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

Shift Availability and Requirements
We have full-time and part-time positions available, with shifts available from 4PM to 11PM or 12AM during the week. You must be available to work at least one weekend day every week (Saturday and/or Sunday) and holidays, depending on scheduling needs. Availability for both weekend days is a plus, and we encourage applicants who can offer flexibility in their scheduling.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar
- Excellent listening comprehension skills and ability to empathize with customers
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and ability to learn new systems
- Clear, professional, and friendly voice, with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Spanish/English bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
