Inside Sales Representative – Honest Water Co
Honest Water Co is expanding and we’re looking for motivated, personable individuals to join our growing sales team.
This is a phone-based sales role where you’ll speak with homeowners about improving their home’s water quality with whole-home filtration systems.
You’ll be working with warm leads and inbound interest, helping customers schedule installs and make smart decisions about their home water.
This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, organized, confident on the phone, and enjoys helping people while earning great income.
Our top reps earn $80,000+ per year with uncapped commissions.
What You’ll Do
• Call homeowners who have shown interest in improving their water
• Educate customers on the benefits of whole-home filtration
• Build rapport and guide customers through the buying process
• Schedule installations with our install team
• Track activity in our CRM
No previous water industry experience required — we train you.
Compensation
• $750 per week salary + bonus
• On target earnings: $70,000 – $100,000+
• Top performers exceed $100k
Schedule
• Monday – Friday
• Daytime hours
• No door knocking
• Office / remote phone-based work
