Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate effective communication flow between Network Carrier Partners, customers, clients, and blithequark representatives to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
• Provide on-site warehouse support daily to ensure carrier teams adhere to client SOW procedures, maintaining high standards for all operational activities.
• Act as a local blithequark representative within the market, fostering a positive image and ensuring adherence to blithequark standards and operating procedures, while upholding the blithequark culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with specified contract metrics and terms, supporting contract drivers and customers daily.
• Monitor routes and provide all interested parties with updates related to delivery orders and escalations, handling inbound and outbound calls throughout the scheduled shift.
• Conduct truck check-in and loadout throughout the week, updating various reports and trackers to maintain accurate records.
• Conduct inventory audits or dock checks to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements and Qualifications
