Role Overview

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be at least 18 years of age
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized solutions
- A strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and products
- A reliable computer with Windows 10 Operating System, high-speed internet, and a dedicated workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
