The Role: Entry-Level Business Analyst - Software Development
As an Entry-Level Business Analyst - Software Development, you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with senior business analysts, software developers, and process owners to drive project success. Your primary responsibility will be to gather and analyze business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and ensure that software solutions meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior business analysts in completing project-related tasks, such as gathering and analyzing business needs, creating documentation, and evaluating whether completed work fulfills requirements.
- Generate requirement documentation for validation testing and audit reviews, ensuring that all necessary information is captured accurately.
- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement internal business system processes, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and propose solutions to ensure end deliverables meet customer needs.
- Identify and coordinate process owner reporting and data analytics needs, reviewing current and proposed business systems for potential process development and re-engineering.
- Participate in business strategy discussions, presenting pros and cons of new systems and/or major enhancements to senior management.
- Scheduled and coordinate meetings for agile teams, taking on other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
