Looking for an email automation specialist to build and implement email flows. All strategy, logic, flow diagrams, and email content are provided by us. You implement exactly what we give you.
Tools: Klaviyo · or similar (HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp) · Zapier · REST APIs
What you handle:
· Build automation flows from our flow diagrams
· Set up triggers, delays, and conditional splits exactly as specified
· Create and configure tags, lists, and segments per our logic document
· Upload and format email content we provide into branded templates
· Connect email platform to external tools via API or Zapier
· Test all flows end to end and confirm correct behaviour
· Set up A/B tests on subject lines as directed
· Deliverability setup - spam score, DNS records, sending domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
· Fix any issues flagged during our review
Requirements:
· Hands-on experience with at least one major email automation platform
· Experience with flows, triggers, segments, tags, and conditional logic
· Experience connecting email tools to external apps via API or Zapier
· Detail oriented - you follow instructions precisely, no improvising
· You do not rewrite content or change logic- you build what is given
· Fast turnaround - must deliver within agreed timeline
· English communication
