Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Tesla, working remotely on a full-time basis. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in serving the needs of the Semi program by translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling, concise, and clear reports and visualizations to inform stakeholders, leadership, and Semi clients that can be transformed into actionable insights.
- Support data engineering requests to extract and evaluate data from vehicles to facilitate trend analysis, part trials, and service opportunities.
- Create automated reports on fleet performance and safety.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to establish data pipelines and ensure data integrity.
- Write clean, tested code that can be maintained and extended by other analysts.
- Provide data insights to the business development team and contribute to client-facing materials.
- Analyze time-series data from vehicle logs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Proficient in Python and SQL.
- Self-motivated, quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills in a rapidly changing data landscape.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI.
- Experience with time-series data, such as CAN, is a plus.
- Proven ability to derive insights and conclusions from large, complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
