What to Expect: Program Rotations and Development Opportunities
Our Actuarial Development Program is structured around four comprehensive rotations, each immersing you in a strategic business area and helping you gain valuable exposure to the following key domains:
- Risk Assessment: Understand the concept of specific risks and present consequences of analysis to management. You'll learn how to identify, analyze, and communicate about various risks affecting the organization.
- Rate Filing: Organize and analyze filing data, then prepare and submit required presentations for regulatory filings. This rotation provides hands-on experience with compliance and regulatory processes.
- Reserve Analysis: Analyze claim data and monitor reserve levels for appropriateness, demonstrating an understanding of actuarial reserving methods and issues. You'll develop strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

- Participating actively in all four program rotations, gaining comprehensive exposure to various actuarial functions
- Conducting detailed risk assessment analyses and presenting findings to senior management

- Performing reserve analysis and monitoring claim data to ensure accuracy and appropriateness

Required Qualifications
