We serve financial advisors and investors through three entities, each headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska: Carson Wealth, Carson Coaching and Carson Partners. Who We Want
Lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of content and creative production across multiple channels. Build scalable, efficient production workflows that maintain high creative quality. Develop and implement AI-enabled processes to enhance content creation and delivery. Drive alignment between content strategy and business objectives across diverse audiences. Lead and develop a high-performing team while managing vendors and external partners to ensure consistent, impactful output.
What To Expect

Content Production & Operations: Own the full content production lifecycle from intake through distribution, ensuring efficient and scalable workflows. Establish and manage project management systems that provide visibility into pipeline, resources, and timelines. Develop and maintain editorial and content calendars aligned to organizational priorities. Manage vendor and freelance networks to ensure quality and brand consistency. Oversee budgets and resource allocation to optimize output and cost efficiency.

Content Strategy & Cross-Functional Leadership: Develop and execute an integrated content strategy across digital, social, video, and written channels. Align content initiatives to business goals and audience needs. Partner with stakeholders to ensure content reflects brand voice, values, and regulatory requirements. Enable cross-functional teams to produce on-brand content through defined frameworks and guidance.

Creative Production & Execution: Lead and contribute to the creation of multimedia, video, and written content as needed. Establish and uphold creative standards across all formats and channels. Ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and aligned with audience expectations.

AI Workflow Strategy & Innovation: Design and implement AI-enabled content production workflows to improve efficiency and scalability. Evaluate and deploy tools that support ideation, production, and distribution. Establish governance and best practices for AI usage. Train and upskill team members on evolving tools and capabilities.

Performance Measurement & Reporting: Track and analyze content performance to inform production priorities and strategy. Define and monitor key performance indicators for content effectiveness and team productivity. Report insights and recommendations to leadership based on performance data.

Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of content creators, producers, and strategists. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Maintain accountability to processes while enabling agility in execution.

Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.
What You Need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.

Minimum of seven years of experience in content production, creative operations, or related field required.

Minimum of three years of leadership experience managing teams or production functions required.

Demonstrated experience building and managing scalable content production workflows required.

Experience overseeing vendor relationships, budgets, and resource allocation required.

Strong understanding of video production, written content, and digital asset creation required.

Experience implementing project management systems, DAM tools, or editorial workflows required.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders required.

Experience using data to inform content strategy and measure performance required.

Experience working in financial services or another regulated industry preferred.

Familiarity with compliance and legal review processes preferred.

Experience with AI content tools and workflow implementation preferred.

Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders preferred.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills required.

The total rewards expected for this role include:
- Starting annual base salary between $120,000 - 180,000.
- Variable compensation potential (Bonus and/or commissions)
