Responsibilities
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Manage job posting site
- Conduct interviews: in person and via telephone/zoom
- Prepare recruitment materials
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Hire best candidate for position
- Onboard new employees
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Act as a point of contact for candidates during recruiting process
Skills
- Self Motivated and Driven
- Able to work without direct supervision
- Comfortable communicating with candidates via phone/text
- Able to conduct in person interviews
- Candidate must be able to keep track of multiple candidates throughout the hiring process
- Must be able to travel to office for interviews
