What You’ll Do
As an Virtual Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating an environment where patients and families feel supported, safe, and inspired to grow. You will:
· Coordinate and manage virtual treatment sessions using Zoom, including creating and managing breakout rooms, assigning and moving patients between rooms, admitting participants from the waiting room, tracking attendance, and supporting overall session logistics.
· Professionally answer phone calls and emails, delivering information and relaying messages as needed.
· Uphold patient confidentiality with a deep understanding of HIPAA/HITECH regulations and maintain awareness of highly confidential and/or important documents received at the clinic as assigned.
· Able to maintain professionalism in a variety of stressful situations.
· Supervision of patients during virtual programming by providing line of sight or one-on-one care as directed.
· Provides customer service that aligns with our mission, vision, and core values.
· Demonstrates effective milieu management skills, which promote positive patient experiences.
· Responsible for reporting all clinical, medical, or psychiatric concerns to the Assistant Clinical Director.
· Assists with the arrival and dismissal of the virtual session process.
· Employs appropriate crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as required and according to policy and procedure.
· Maintain current knowledge of the program and protocol (policy and procedures) guidelines.
· Respond to requests for behavioral assistance and monitor patients during debriefings via telehealth.
· Utilize cloud-based communication software—Outlook, Teams, Zoom, in addition to EMR and outcomes survey software daily.
· Provides support and assistance with other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of office experience. Healthcare experience preferred. Strong customer service and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- High School Diploma
